MEDALS The medals section is used by the admin to evaluate the group. It will show you how well the group is doing and what needs improvement. The medals are well used for the showing of which direction the group is heading in, rather it be good or poor; the medals will help you understand what is needed to be done. STATUS
com=community: the need to bring in more people to help improve the maximization financial outcome for this group. As the meter gets higher, the demand for more people gets more desperate. The admin will try to bring in more people if the meter becomes to high. It would be great if everyone could invite there friends with out the use of spamming. ener=energetic: The meter level determines how proud I am of the success of TekAgents. The meter will start full, as I get disappointed from the groups performance; the meter will drop. stat=statue: This is used for when people; equal to the size of the group, do not follow the rules. The meter will get higher as I become more worried about the groups effort to help each other out by clicking each others banners and or following other rules. sens=sensitivity: This meter will go up when "STAT" goes up. As it gets higher, I will start banning people from the group if they don't post and click each others banners. Banning will only happen when the meter is full. (I will only banned the people that don't post/click within 5 days when the meter becomes full) rew=rewarding: The strength of how well the group supports each other. Meaning when posting your links, a large sum of people equal to the total size of the group; will actually click your banner/s. (Note: the "REW" meter reflects upon the "COM" & ENER" meters). Note: the Medals are updated daily when possible. |
